HEATHER RICHMOND

Chief Executive Officer

Heather Richmond is an expert business development executive and key player in the Hemp industry, both in the U.S. and abroad. Her impact has been notable and includes opening Central Oregon’s first dispensary, serving as an Executive Director for NORML, she served as the CEO of one of the top premier industry influencer events, and has owned and operated a 50,000 sq. ft. cannabis manufacturing facility. Heather also help design, organize, promote, and facilitated the approval of the first cannabis event at the world famous Greek Theater. Ms. Richmond helped raise money for large-scale cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution companies around the globe, and is a managing partner in several full vertical ventures in Asia, Africa, and Central America. By utilizing her extensive experience and far-reaching network, Heather helps companies build strategic relationships with others in the Hemp and sustainability industry and identifies creative opportunities for incremental growth both nationally and internationally.

Yousuf Jaffar

YOUSUF JAFFAR

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jaffar comes to RWG with over 30 years’ experience as a experienced Controller. Mr. Jaffar has a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals industry. Skilled in Business Planning, Management Information Systems (MIS), Revenue Recognition, Auditing, and Variance Analysis.   His most current experience with Advanced Nutrients for 7 years gives him extensive knowledge in the manufacturing space and with a company whose operations reaches over 120 countries. Working with a global company Mr. Jaffar supervised accounting functions and financial controls in multi company manufacturing setup.  He worked directly with group consolidation and multi-currency, monthly and year-end financial reporting.  He has also worked with detailed twelve month rolling operational budgets with quarterly updates and was an integral part of the company’s corporate tax planning.

STEPH WILMOTT

Chief Project Officer

Ms. Wilmott comes to RWG with over 30 years’ experience working in the medical community as a podiatrist and complementary therapist.  After transitioning out of the medical industry, she worked with Verve Cliquot, Aveda, and L’Oréal where she was responsible for retail business development, new accounts, and brand management.  After exiting her successful career in business development in 2015, Ms. Wilmott entered the cannabis space where she worked with multiple recreational growing operations in Washington State. Here she established “green” cleaning protocols and studied the effects of measurable bioburden and ATP levels to predict potential contamination risk and established the concept of affording predesigned Standards of Operation for licensed producers. Stephanie is currently studying, Plant science and GMP Pharma and GDP training with Hygiene and Microbiology through “Concept Heidelberg” at the European Compliance Academy. She recently attained her GMP Pharmaceutical Quality Systems (GMP PQS) Auditor/Lead Auditor certificate, is a member of IRCA and is a founding member of the European Compliance Academy focus group for cannabis standardization. Stephanie has worked directly with several licensed producers in South America, South Africa, Canada and Europe to ensure that facilities and growing practices and procedures are compliant with European standards for Good manufacturing and distribution.

Mali Hunter

MELISSA "MALI" HUNTER

Chief of Influencer Marketing

Malissa “Mali” Hunter is an Emmy and Grammy nominated artist, producer, actor, business woman, celebrity chef, TV Host and philanthropist. Mali is the Chief Operating Officer/Partner at The world famous Tree Sound Studios and is also the President/Owner of The Retnuh Agency in addition to her being the Founder of the Stonewood Music and the EarthGirl Creative Camp and Festival. She is a renaissance woman with an established reputation in the entertainment industry. She is an executive producer and producer who has been thanked and credited for her work with artists like J.Cole, T.I., Lil Mama, David Banner, Chris Brown, Usher, Drake, Iggy Azalea, Rick Ross, Future, Rae Sremmurd, Wiz Khalifa, Lenny Kravitz and a plethora of other artists that she is proud to also call her friends. She has also won “Song of the Year Award” from BMI. Mali’s authenticity and trusted voice has allowed for her to become an ambassador for Toyota, Constellation Brands, Cholula Hot Sauce and Courvoisier. 
Mali’s expertise in brand management and experiential marketing has helped bring national and worldwide exposure to artists and brands. In her early years as a producer she was successful in helping to create jingles and musical campaigns for advertising agencies like Leo Burnett, Foote Cone and Belding, DDB and more. Currently, The Retnuh Agency is on retainer with Coca-Cola and Beam Suntory as an exposure specialist within the African-American market. 
Mali has traveled the world and built a wealth of friends and allies in the advertising and entertainment industry like no other. Her advocacy and altruistic work with celebrities within the walls of The world famous Tree Sound Studios has helped support and shape a new generation of artists, managers, and sports/entertainment VIPs. 
As a celebrity chef, cooking for her clients is just one of the selfless things that she does to make everyone at Tree Sound feel at home. She focuses on organic cuisine and spreading the message of clean eating, health and wellness. She can also be seen sharing recipes and great energy on NBC’s Atlanta & Company. 
Mali is also well known for her philanthropy and for connecting celebrities with non-profits that match their desire to support worthy and charitable causes. She has contributed and worked alongside Richard Branson’s “Necker Open and Necker Cup”, Guy Laliberte’s “One Drop Foundation” with Cirque du Soleil, The Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, The Foster Kids of America, Wednesday's Child, Mark Ruffalo’s 100 is Now “Clean Energy for All” campaign and many more. Mali and her community have been able to help raise millions of dollars to uplift and change lives worldwide. This is what she is most proud of!

Kristin Olmi

KRISTIN OLMI

Economic Development

Kristins plays a vital role in Running Water Global. Ms. Olmi will be raising funds through the writing of grant and foundation proposals, business planning, financial forecasts, contract procurement, social media consulting, development of business marketing and strategic planning. Additional political consulting consists of the execution of the overall campaign strategy and messaging. Duties included working with others on the campaign team to determine what media advertising should be used, data analysis for specific voter targeting and metrics. Currently I am working with several non-profit and small business clients, this work consists of strategic planning, economic development, grant writing/coordination and business development.

Key Achievements:

➢ Completion of a Strategic Plan and Diversity Policy for seven (7) clients
➢ Business Planning and site selection for over 10 clients
➢ Over $200,000 raised for single client (Oak Hill Collaborative, Inc.)
➢ Over $2 million dollars raised through grant and foundation applications for clients in the Mahoning

JIM ICKES

Legal Counsel

Jim is a licensed attorney with over 20 years’ experience and represents many companies in the cannabis and hemp industry throughout the U.S. He is also a certified HCISSP (Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner). Jim developed an extensive network of local, state, national, and international contacts in the legal hemp & cannabis industry. Jim co-authored legal recommendations for the Greece's Minister of Agriculture related to the country's pharmaceutical cannabis law.  Attorney Ickes graduated from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2000 and summa cum laude from Ohio University in Finance in 1997. He is the former president of the Portage County Bar Association and a former adjunct professor at Hiram College where he taught business law. Ickes is also a former recipient of Community Legal Aid’s Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award. A founding Member of ICKES\HOLT, he is committed to the principle that the practice of law, at its core, is about solving problems.
Attorney Ickes is lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio. Attorney Ickes is a proud husband and father of three and is actively involved in many civic activities in his hometown of Hudson.

JOEL HOLT

Legal

Joel is a licensed attorney with nearly 15 years’ experience in business planning, corporate governance, litigation, and employment law. He represents cannabis clients throughout the U.S. in transactional, compliance, governance, and employment-related matters. Joel is a Certified CIPP-US (cybersecurity expert). He co-authored a recommendation for a legal framework for Greece’s pharmaceutical cannabis law. He works closely with domestic and international strategic partners on issues related to licensure, compliance, and governance. Joel is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

GREG DEAN

Head of Hemp Plastics Manufacturing

Mr. Dean has been involved in the plastics industry since 1998 and has held global executive roles in business development, operations, and supply chain at a global leader in rigid plastic consumer packaging.  He has contributed to expansion in sales from $400M to $3.5B, and was instrumental in the creation of new greenfield operations in California, Iowa and Florida. He has a great professional working relationship with many CPG and FMCG organizations, ranging from tier one global organizations, to smaller regional or local companies.  He has worked significantly on alternative material and process developments and commercialization in conjunction with end users.  Prior to entering the rigid plastic space, Greg spent ten years in the metal can business as Director of International Sales.
